BREAST SELF EXAM
Completing a monthly Breast Self Exams is an important step all women, beginning at the age of 20 years old, should take to ensure they are being proactive with their breast health! The exam only takes a few minutes and by doing them religiously each month, women become familiar with how their breasts look and feel normally and are better equipped to recognize any changes. While most lumps or changes do not indicate cancer, it is better to bring any irregularities to the attention of your medical professional who can examine you further. Remember, although rare, young women, even in their teens and twenties, can be diagnosed with breast cancer.
Bright Pink is excited to offer a unique customized BSE E-Reminder. Let's face it, some of us don't even know how to perform the exam, others are afraid of what they may find, while others are often so busy that they forget about doing their exams. Well, now there are no excuses!
