LINDSAY AVNER
FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lindsay Avner, 25, is the Founder and Executive Director of Bright Pink and has been a well-known advocate in educating and involving young people in the fight against breast cancer for the past decade. Lindsay graduated in the top 3% of her class from University of Michigan where she received a bachelors degree in Psychology. During college, she also spent eight months living in Sydney Australia, where she attended classes and completed an internship with a nonprofit organization that provided cataract surgery to the blind in developing countries. Lindsay currently resides in Chicago, IL and serves as the co-chair on the Young Women’s National Advisory Council for Susan G. Komen® for the Cure. In her free time, enjoys working out, and spending time with friends and family and traveling.
